About: Calverton Children's Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

I attend the Children’s Centre on a regular basis with my child and enjoy the services that are on offer.

During one recent visit I spoke to a member of the Family Support Team about how I was concerned about another child’s welfare. I explained about what my concerns were and what I feared about the situation.

The Family Support Worker listened to what I had to say, was reassuring and gave me great advice on how to deal with it.

I have taken on board the advice I was given and my fears and concerns are now reduced.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on the support you have recieved. I understand that it can be very upsetting when you have concerns over a child. But you did the right thing and I am really pleased the family support worker was able to reassure you and give you the support you needed. Take care and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
