"Couldn't be happier with my experience"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

The 111 service advised me to take my son to a&e where he was seen very quickly! And was admitted. The staff on the children's wards were great with him and did their best to sooth him when he was having a canular inserted. The wards where kept clean and tidy. The staff even comforted me when I got upset which was a nice gesture. Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and even the cleaners for making a horrible situation a little bit better!

Dear Stephanie

Thank you for your kind words about the team, and I am delighted to hear that everyone helped to make your experience as positive as it could have been under the circumstances.

It is lovely that you have taken the time to leave some feedback about your experience. We always share these stories with the staff so that they are aware that they really do make a difference.

I do hope your son is making a good recovery.

Best wishes,

Terry Vine
