"Northern General H3 cleanliness is not up to standard and waiting times are too long"

I was treated for an Aneurism on H3 at the Northern General in April.
I cannot thank the intensive care and nursing staff, it was faultless and I cannot praise them enough.
The operation was canceled 4 times and I was sent home.
There was a long wait for staff to answer buzzers and the beds were not made until 5 mins before afternoon visiting. Menus were not provided some days and the meals were cold and inedible, sometimes I didn't get what I ordered.
After discharge I waited a long time for my prescription.
The cleanliness on a lot of ward leaves a lot to be desired, floors filthy, bins full in fact overall it was disgusting. I am not suprised that people are suffering from MRSA bug, something needs to be done and quickly.
