After 3 years of being backwards and forwards to the RUH, I was finally referred to the Min in 2011. Within my first appointment I was diagnosed with CFS/ME, and was placed on their course to help with pacing etc. I felt the course was very helpful and helped me understand that I had to pace my activities and be more mindful. My condition has improved a little, I just have to remember what I have been taught. I still get support from the lovely Consultant, all of the staff on the CFS service are lovely and I found the groups very friendly and welcoming.
"Lovely understanding staff"
