"Disappointed with staff"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

My boyfriend was recommended by the '111' service about going down to the hospital because of the information given and when we arrived, the first nurse we spoke to was rude with their attitude and wasn't interested with his problem and mentioned it was a 3 hour wait even though they didn't know the problem and just moved us away. I think we were in the hospital of a maximum of 5 minutes... However I would like to mention the receptionist was lovely with a polite attitude.

We are sorry to learn of your experience with one of our nursing team in the A&E department, Eastbourne DGH.
