I was referred to BMI, Bury St. Edmunds by my GP as a NHS patient for a total hip replacement.
I now wish to thank all staff from the Receptionist at the desk through to Nurses, Anaesthetists, physiotherapists and of course, the ever cheerful and friendly tea person, the chef for their exquisite and tempting food, the ever friendly porters and not forgetting all ancilliary staff, cleaners, etc.
Last but not least my deep and sincere gratitude goes to my Surgeon for the wonderful surgery performed and the subsequent care in my trouble and almost pain-free recovery. Their care, courtesy and warmth of personality makes him a true upstanding individual.
"Nothing short of excellence"
