"three depts all bad"

I have had the misfortune of being treated in three different departments and all were without fail badly run.The staff are just about polite enough but forget we are the patients not the problem.I was advised by a dismissive member of staff to make a complaint after being reassured it would not affect my care (silly me I believed them) since then its like pulling your own teeth out trying to get treated which now runs to 11 months and waiting? despite several cancellations not once has anyone apologised or shown any care towards me,other than to say" well we are doing our best" when clearly they are not.No confidence things will improve because they don't believe they could be wrong.
