"My visit as an outpatient at Lincoln County"

About: United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust

(as the patient),

My experience as a disabled patient today was excellent. Until the time I was ready to leave. It took FIVE MEMBERS OF STAFF to organise pushing a wheel chair out of the building to the cark park. The staff's attitude was unbelievable, Patronising intimidating etc etc.............

Response from United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust

Dear Mr Perfection,

I am very sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience on your recent visit to the Outpatient department at Lincoln. I am concerned that you found staff attitude so unsatisfactory.

I would welcome the opportunity to investigate your comments further, but need some additional details from you. If you could contact our PALS team on 01522 707071, or by e-mail at pals@ulh.nhs.uk, they will be able to take details of your visit and pass these details on to me.

Regards,

Sandra Rice
