What I liked

I recently underwent surgery and recuperation at Wansbeck Hospital, staying on ward 22 and I want to express my appreciation and admiration of the professional, kind and considerate care I experienced during my stay. From the pre-assessment nurses to the surgical team and especially the ward nurses and support staff, I experienced only professionalism and courtesy during my stay.

Hospitalisation is never something one looks forward to, but the staff made my stay an almost pleasurable experience.
