Unexpectedly, my day patient visit yesterday was pleasant, stress free and very well executed by the kind and considerate staff of Ward 15 and the Oncology Department.

Had I had the foresight of how pleasant and comfortable my experience was, I would have done something about my condition much earlier.

A lot of negative-minded people bang on about how bad the NHS is and even take action against them on an on-going basis. I can only compliment what in my opinion is one of the greatest institutions in the World.

I have only one slight negative in that I was about 20 minutes late in going to the surgical suite. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

Thank you all - from receptionist to consultant surgeon - you are heroes !.
