I came into the A&E in July and I must say that throughout I received really great care. From the EMS team to the team in Resus, they were all great. The nurses on Resus were particularly caring and very nice to me. The nurses in my ward were varied, some were really patient with you, a few were just plain horrible. I had surgery the day after I was admitted. It was quick and I was happy that despite being in a ward I did not catch an infection from cross contamination. The food was great as well although I'd give zero stars to the fish stew (blekh). The A&E is I guess the best department at Whipps.
