I was given an appointment to see a doctor at my surgery for my 3 year old son. The doctor mistakenly try to tell me my son had a perforated ear drum and that he may of had an ear infection to cause it. Without me realising? She re checked and said it was a shadow she saw. I was mortified! She was very dismissive and didn't have time to listen to my concerns about my son vomiting when he does not seem to have a bug! No advice just "if your not happy get a second opinion - Appalling Service.
