Gp seen and referral agreed. Choose and book letter received from surgery requesting I make the appointment. I phoned the number provided which directed me to aa Ltd company In London (120miles away) who told me, after asking all my details, that their remit is not choose and book but they will make the appointment for me in about 6~8 weeks time. If it's not suitable I will need to call them back to rearrange. What a complete and utter inconvenience and waste of my time, along with my footing the cost of phonecards.
