"Excellent Care"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

I was admitted into the majors unit in Maidstone Hospitals A&E department last night.

The care I received was second to none. All staff, reception, nurses and doctors were fantastic, friendly, caring polite and very professional.

There was a lovely calm and relaxed atmosphere with all staff being very upbeat which you could clearly see was having a positive effect on the patients too, including me.

There was genuine care and consideration from all staff.

The doctor who saw me explained everything in as much detail as a patient would understand and was very reassuring and friendly.

I am more than satisfied with my experience in the department and would like to thank all of the staff that I was lucky enough to have care for me.
