"outpatient appointment - ambulatory care"

I had a LP appointment on a day case situation ,however on arrival the department was too busy and the decision was made to do the procedure in ambulatory care instead of cancelling it. The staff from the moment I arrived to being discharged were incredible .The two staff taking bloods and sorting out my arrival/care were extraordinary not just to me but to all members of the public, dealing with so many patients comings and goings with a smile and happy outlook can not be easy .They kept on checking I was ok as I was nervous and keeping me informed as to what was happening. A huge thanks to all concerned on Wednesday 7th October who quite frankly were amazing and quite firmly makes me believe how lucky to have such wonderful staff and the NHS system. Many thanks .
