I needed to make a referral to this hospital.

Your online service is the worst ever it is over complicated.

You should overhaul it, it does not work. I had to phone choose and book who again could not help me.

I then had to phone my GP who fortunately are efficient and have told me the situation regarding my appointment.

You need to re-write your website to make it user friendly.

This site is also useless.

I haven't had an appointment yet. I had to tick the boxes to get my complaint to you.
