My Daughter Ella has been an inpatient on several occasions over the last few years.

I just want to say how wonderful all the staff have been, from the cleaners/porters/reception & admin to the nurses and doctors.

She has been seen in A&E, admitted to Hascombe, EAU, surgical short stay, Hindhead, Clandon & day surgery.

Far too many for a young girl of 19!

The care she received was excellent; she was treated with dignity and respect at all times and everybody appeared to genuinely care.

I work at the Royal Surrey and know how important it is that people get complimented for the hard work that they do.

Its too easy for people to complain!

So a very big thank you to all of you, you are doing a great job and your care was very much appreciated!
