On arriving at the hospital I purchased a card for £5 from the dispensing machine. I stayed in ward 21 room 6 bed 4 for 1 night. Following the instructions which are complicated, gives messages with an OK button that doesn't exist etc . I attempted to get TV services (it said I had 24 hours worth) without success so phoned the help number which said it was not taking calls but charged 40p anyway. A neighbouring bed had obtained TV and a visitor of theirs attempted to get the service on my bed without success. Staff said half the sets do not work. I appreciate Easiview are a private company but do have the permission of the NHS to operate so bear some responsibility for this chaotic setup.
"Easiview doesn't work and took £5 of my money."
