"Still waiting for an appointment!!"

I was diagnosed with Brachial Plexus Neuritis in 2012 which was caused by a flu jab. I saw a Neurology consultant in May 2013 and again in December 2013 - the consultant then left the hospital. I requested an appointment before I had shoulder surgery in November 2014 but didn't get an appointment until January 2015 when I saw a locum. I was told they would see me again in 6 months but they have also left the hospital. It's now 8 months since I saw them and I still haven't received an appointment.
