What I liked

I had an operation on my right ear earlier this month. The staff on the ward F3 were great - I felt properly nursed and cared for during my overnight stay. Nothing was too much trouble - they fetched me a sandwich at 11pm after my operation. The ward was also kept spotlessly clean.

I have nothing but gratitude for my surgeon and his team and the anaesthetist - they put my mind at rest, clearly explained the procedure, the risks, and the aftercare. The ENT registrar came to see me four times during my stay.

My care was faultless.

What could be improved

Some of the food was of poor quality and seemed to consist of bizarre choices.
