I would like to thank the fantastic staff on ward 3B for taking care of my dad who was a patient on the ward for 3 weeks in August/September.
All staff on the ward showed true care and compassion and treated my father with respect and dignity throughout his 3 weeks stay, making a difficult time in his and his families life a little easier to bear.
Please pass on my thanks to the staff, they are the best, and should be proud of themselves!
Well done Royal Liverpool ward 3B!!
I would like to recommend the hospital website has a compliments section on their website rather than just a "how to address a complaint" section.
