What could be improved

Ithink more effort shoud be made to keep appointments on time,and not be told that things are a little behind time only to find this means 1& half hours behind time.or in one instance after booking in 10 min.before my appointment time and acctualy to be the first one in,I was told that everyone was booked in at the same time and they took people in as they wished and not in order of arrivel.people are not cattle
