During the last 12 months my mother has had appointments to see the mental health nurse, Neil, to monitor the treatment for her dementia. He has invariably shown commitment and professionalism, and given very helpful explanations, and he has always had such an extremely nice manner with my mother, which have made the visits a pleasure.
