What I liked
Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff: treated with courtesy.
What could be improved
I had to chase up an appoinment nearly 8 months after initial consultation.
I received only 1 of 3 letters sent over appointments; I believe that others were similarly affected. There appears to be a systemic error in the system(s) used to book and inform patients of appointments made.
Anything else?
Aintree Hospital always verbally checked that I had received notification of an appointment, and, that I would be there on the day,
Could a similar system be used at the Royal Liverpool?
