"Really bad organisation"

About: Watford General Hospital

Failed 10 weeks scan because no space available, nobody cared about that.

Everything is disorganised, there is plenty of notes that are not put into computerised system. Instead you are given a book that you need to keep where the notes and results of tests are put!

Appointments system is not through NHS' standard "Choose and Book", you are sent your appointments' time that are decided by somebody else.

You are treated like an animal, like if you were giving birth to an animal. When everything is looking to keep costs of healthcare running low, I can think of a thousand of situations and places where this hospital and the NHS could save lots of more money.
