My husband is in louth hospital and I became a where today that there are 36 patients and only 2 qualified staff members on duty tonight, Mostly elderly patients that need care and attention, which normally they receive, but my concern tonight with small amount of dedicated staff they will not receive, surely management are aware of this situation. but have not put in place contingency staffing,

Normally in my opinion the hospital is very well run and staff are dedicated and very professional.
