"Treatment and Experience at Day Procedure Unit..."

First i would like to thanks all the staff for taking good care of me.The surgery went well the recovery was swift and discharge was quick without lots of waiting time.Our biggest disappointment was the waiting time before the procedure ,we had to wait 5 hours before it was my turn.Why all the patient are called 7am in the morning when the first surgery don`t start until 10am.We know it is difficult but their should be a organized widow of time for each patient.

My husband came with me and who is environmentalist was bit disappointed that their is vary little effort is made in saving energy like switching off lights in a room where is not needed for hours.Just think number of rooms in Hospital.
