"Rude A&E receptionists"

The initial assessment staff are rude. I never had to come here so I did not know what the procedureis to book in. The staff on desk 1 said to me to go and sit down. But instead we had to go to next window. The staff saw us that we did not go to next window. As the place had gone quiet for awhile. After about half hour when I went to dask 4 and complain the person on dask 4 said they don't have light on their head to tell where to go. We come here and we are stressed with our pain and this is the way you talk. Staff need to learn to be polite.

And understand other people problem. Never know they might be in this situation some day.
