(as the patient),

I have a very painful back condition. no-one local would pay for an mri, we had one done privately. The clinic advised urgent surgery, . My GP referred me to Kings. after 2 weeks with emails and phone calls I am still in the dark. There is no phone answering, not even a main switchboard operator. The voice recognition doesn't know spinal, usually I get through to urology or the like. Has this hospital been privatised? or about to close?
