What could be improved

I tried for over 30 minutes to contact the switchboard on Friday 18th September 2009. I was trying to find out what ward my friend was on and to get the visiting times (as instucted via the website). The website says the switchboard is open Mon-Fri 9-5. Between 3.30-4.20pm NOBODY answered. This is unacceptable, especially as this is the only number for all of the CM hospitals.
