"Poorly run"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I arrived as the doors opened for the walk in clinic. I waited 2whole hours & still was not seen. Not the first time this happened either. I've often heard my friends say that's the last place they'll seek treatment and thought they were being harsh or based it on an old reputation but I have to say, there's no room for improvement. Staff were very unhelpful, terrible service, cannot tell between who's there for walk in or appointments. I went on walk in days but the only people seen had appointments? What's the point of appointment days & walk ins then? Absolute shambles.
