"C T Department"

I can only speak from my recent experience in the CT Department for a lung biopsy.

I was seen before my appointment time and the medical staff that looked after me couldn't have been more helpful , kind and considerate. During the procedure I was constantly being reassured by the Nurse.

After the procedure I was transferred to the recovery ward where I was monitored regularly.

Given food and a hot drink then had a further x-ray on time after which the consultant was called, they arrived within 5 minutes of the x-ray being taken and explained in detail what the next step would be and I was allowed to go home .

I cannot praise Medway enough for looking after me so well.
