"unexceptable waiting times"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I had an appointment for 4pm and was told there would be a 30min delay on arrival.

I got to see the consultant at 5.10 pm, they seemed to be very much in a hurry and could not wait to get me out of their consulting room, I told them I still had a persistent cough but all they said was I will write to your doctor and advise them on what drug treatment to give you.

I only wish I could go to darent valley hospital but my doctor will not let me as I live in medway.
