"A&E at weekends"

I have been a patient of St Richards for many years with the Cardiac Team (fantastic) & Eye Clinic, but recently experienced The A &E Department on a Sunday Morning. Very. Very busy. What impressed me most was the fact nobody was turned away, no matter how small the injury, everyone was seen with care & concern.

Of course you have to wait but if you are frightened & in pain you don't mind that.

I think we are all very lucky to have the service. Thank you so much
