"Great experience"

I went to the Urgent Care Centre on Sunday to have someone look at my injured knee. I was really worried about it. The doctor inspected my knee and very clearly explained what has happened to it and how it should be treated. The thorough explanation part, that included a quick doodle of a knee anatomy made me feel a lot more confident about my situation.

I think this visit qualifies as my best ever experience at a health institution. Thank you.
