"I was most impressed by every ..."

What I liked

I was most impressed by every member of the staff that I came in contact with. Nothing was to much. This is a hospital with empathy and feeling. They go into great detail in discussing ones health.

What could be improved

Maybe a little better on appointment times but we dont know what has gone on before our visit so we have to be fair and understanding.

Anything else?

Maybe a good idea to pipe some background music in the waiting areas.
