This hospital ruined my eyesight and have given me months of distress and pain.

I have never received a proper apology or a full explanation why my condition was not properly diagnosed earlie and I was neglected by their duty of care

I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the treatment that has been provided to you and for the distress and pain you have experienced.

You have raised various concerns and we are keen to discuss your feedback in more detail so that we can investigate these issues.
