X ray department, CT scan. 6th August 2009
Your staff treated me in a most professional and friendly manner. The procedure was full explained to me, all of my questions were fully answered and the general atmosphere removed all of my anxiety.
If possible please pass on my sincere thank you to the CT staff
What could be improved
On changing into the Hospital Gown I really did not like waiting in a public reception area! This was a most undignified and degrading situation to be placed in. The look on a fellow female patient’s face only confirmed the embarrassment I felt. There was space available to provide more privacy and may I suggest this is an area were you are able to make a considerable improvement in patient care.
Anything else?
With all of the publicity on Hospital hygiene, or lack of it I was delighted at the standard of cleanliness I encountered as a patient.
