What I liked
The Doctor that treated my son was just great, explained everything in detail to him and had a very caring attitude
What could be improved
Nursing care on ward B14, Whilst visiting my son , another patient who was in the opposite bed fell to the ground with such a thud, he was very confused and bleeding, my husband stayed with him and I went to look for a nurse, and to my horror they were all in the day room eating, I know they work hard but do they all have to go on break at the same time, at the end of the day where is the care for this poor chap, I was horrified and find it totally unacceptable
Anything else?
Suggestion
HAVE TOP MANAGEMENT GO UNDER COVER TO SEE WHAT REALLY GOES ON IN THESE PLACES
