"Accident at work"

I had an accident at work slipped off a ladder came down hard on my left knee hurt like hell,didn't want to bother going to a large hospital what with all the waiting around thought I would just wait and see if the injury improved with ice and rest then I remembered Erith hospital because I had physio and an X-ray there a while back,checked their website found they had an urgent department for injuries,went up there they saw me straight away had a consultation with a nurse sent me for an X-ray went back to the nurse got the report no breaks just a bruised bone thank god,I was in and out within an hour,they provide an excellent friendly service very quick turn over too,most impressive indeed 10/10
