"An excellent experience"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

Thankfully, I have had very little need to use A&E in my lifetime but my experiences were not good.

Last night however my partner fell and sustained a head injury which required an ambulance to take us to Northwick Park A&E.

I would just like extend my thanks to all staff who were on duty last night. The care which was provided was first class. Also thanks to the doctor who stitched her up.

The NHS takes a lot of stick but the care provided by the team last night truly restores your faith in the service.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your partner's recent attendance at our A&E department at Northwick Park hospital.

We were of course very sorry to learn that her injury was severe enough to warrant hospital treatment but very pleased to learn that the care she was given by the A&E team was so well received.

I hope that your partner is now fully recoved and thank you once again for your kind words which we will shared with the team in A&E.
