"They truly are wonderful"

I've had 2 miscarriages and 2 babies all under the care of LCH.

I couldn't have asked for better treatment during my two miscarriages, all the staff, from HCA through to the doctors couldn't have been any better. I was treated with amazing care, during my stay and fantastic aftercare.

My eldest daughter was induced due to Pre-Eclampsia. I received fantastic care before being taken to labour ward. The midwifes couldn't have been any more reassuring. Once on labour ward, it led to a emergency LSCS, and at no point was I worried, all the staff were fantastic, and calming. My daughter was delivered safely, and we received fantastic care for the two days we had to remain in the hospital.

My second daughter was a planned section, and again I received brilliant care from arriving at the hospital at 9am, the staff kept me fully informed about my timings for theatre and any delays. My daughter wasn't breathing when she was delivered, the staff were fantastic and eased my panic. The pediatric doctor was in theatre almost immediately and my daughter was fine. We received amazing after care, and my 15 month old daughter was welcomed amazingly onto the ward when visiting her little sister.

I couldn't rate any aspect of LCHS maternity unit any higher. They truly are wonderful, and without them, neither of my daughters may be here.
