"Unable to get appointment - Radiology Department"

I was told by my doctor I would receive an appointment by letter two weeks after my doctors appointment on 03/08/15, I haven't received a letter so decided to ring the number on the scan request letter the doctor gave me 0208 216 5100, it either just rings and no one answers or goes straight through to a message that states 'the department is busy call back later' then cuts off!! I have been calling this number for four days now with no luck!!!!

I then decided to send an email to rf-tr.bh-radiology@nhs.net to see if I could get through that way, nope! It just bounces back with an automated out of office message 'We have recently implemented a new radiology information system which has raised a number of challenges. We sincerely apologise but we are working through the issues and are unable to respond to your email at present.'

I am now stumped as to who to call or how to make an appointment and not happy with this service at all!!!!
