"Aortic valve replacement and double bypass"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

The whole experience was well planned and explained in comprehensible chunks of information. The most crucial point to the whole experience is the staff this hospital employs staff whole like patients and want to help us to get better. This is something you cant train for by employing people with empathy you have a head start. The hospitals role is to ensure the staff are happy, the board and key management should be congratulated on doing just this.

The expertise of the surgical teams and intensive care units is excellent and works like clockwork -well perhaps this maybe what we see as patients- I am sure there are challenging situations we do not know about!

Well done may this always continue.
