I have been using ambulances for a number of years.
I find the bookings of ambulances to be very “hit & miss” & dependant on who I speak to on the other end of the phone. Staff seem to also provide misinformation in terms of what to do next when refused for an ambulance which causes a great deal of distress.
I find the service "intolerable" & staff to be "blase". I have made a complaint & hope this will change things.
