What I liked

Having had a baby at St James the delivery suite staff and the maternity staff were excellent, kept us informed of what was going on and cared for us and our new baby, I can not thank them enough for their care towards us, it has been a very distressing time and they have been so supportive.

What could be improved

The parking for visitors could be improved, 4 hours maximum in the opposite car park is not great when you are in all day from 8am until 10pm as a parent visiting the ward.

Anything else?

Thank you to all at the Delivery Suite, Midwifes in Ward 3 and the ACU.
