"Disgusted"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

The hospital on a whole is absolutely disgusting, to get any immediate help is nil. You can never really get past the appointment teams, and in my opinion the left hand doesn't know what the right hands doing. I would never ever recommend this hospital to anybody, and everyone i speak to has the same opinion with me, and that is county wide.

Furthermore, I'm dealing with the MS team and Orthopaedic team. I'm getting dribbles of help from both teams. The MS team are down to one MS nurse, they are dealing with everybody, consequences to that is not a lot of help coming forth. The Orthopaedic team i have just started to deal with for my husband, the first meeting went quite well and I was told to ring to get a closer appointment if his back went but i can't contact them directly. You can't get no further than the appointments desk and no one is willing to put you through to any Doctor that would know of his case. Consequences to this is my husbands on a walking frame and in a wheel chair to get from A to B. I'm extremely appalled and utterly disappointed with the lack of help, not only for my family, but for people country wide.
