From the moment I reported in at reception, I was treated friendly, politely and as a person not a number. The back to front gown and dressing gown were clean and instructions made clear. Upon seeing the radiologist who explained the procedure and the possible risk spoke clearly and explained everything in an understandable way. The radiologists who carried out the procedure explained in detail what was going on and I was treated with dignity at all times and was asked if I was OK. All instructions given in a friendly and clear tone. Although not the most 'pleasant' type of procedure, I felt at easy throughout and had they been immediate family could not have been more kind and considerate. I could have given them the biggest hug afterwards, but this could have been out of order and I did give them a 'virtual' hug. A very big and sincere thank you.
