"Outpatients Servive"

About: Western Eye Hospital

I have a few possible issues regarding my vision due to diabetes.

I had a visual test this year (June I think) and was supposed to see the doctor after, this appointment has been cancelled 2 times in a row and all I have had is a garbled message on my mobile stating that they will write to me.

I have tried phoning 12x this morning and on each occasion the phone has been hung up. I’m disgusted with the service and this has caused added stress as I suffer from anxiety.

All I want to find out is why does this always happen and when will I actually get to see a doctor.

Very poor standards, patient care and communication :-(

Please can someone call me
