"Excellent!"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

My elderly mother was referred to OPD by GP. Seen a week after the referral. Waiting time was minimal. Seen by Consultant

Surgeon who realised my mother also needed a medical review, she was quite unwell. The consultant realised this and went out of their way to speak to a Consultant who had their own clinic that day. They saw my mother straight away! This saved us having to wait for an appointment. It also meant my mother did not have to go back to OPD at a time when she is feeling frail and unwell. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Top marks!!!
